A very successful information session for students interested in studying medicine took place in the Institute last Thursday evening.

Over 100 students attended the event and listened to speakers discuss the options of studying medicine in Ireland, the UK and Europe.

Brian Mooney from The Irish Times , Céleste Golden from Admissions at RCSI and Guy Flouch from Eunicas all attended as speakers for the evening. Each presented for about 25 minutes and this was followed by a Q&A session afterwards with students.

We hope the evening answered many questions that students have about studying Medicine in Ireland and abroad, and what the different requirements are.

The event was organised by our career guidance department, and will be followed by further events and information sessions in the school over the coming months.
