Our 4th year students gathered in the beautiful grounds of Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services, Harold’s Cross last Sunday afternoon, for the annual ‘Light Up A Life’ ceremony.
Students were selling candles for the remembrance service which was central to the event, and all proceeds went towards invaluable services at the hospice.
The evening was hosted by Ian Dempsey, who was joined on stage by The Palestrina Boys’ Choir and the CIE Male Voice Choir.
This year marks the 26th Anniversary of the event, which sees thousands of people gather to commemorate the lives of their loved ones who have passed on and celebrate the festive season.
We were proud to be part of such a special evening of refection and celebration. You can donate towards the work of the hospice here.
