When do I add a séimhiú to a noun or a verb? When do I use ní instead of níor? What are the most important topics I should focus on for Junior Cycle poetry? This course will answer these questions and cover core areas of Irish grammar, composition, and the literature course to enable students to maximise their result in the subject. Foundational areas of grammar including sentence structure, the past tense, rules for nouns, and complex sentences will be covered in detail. Students will also gain the skills needed for diary and blog writing. A full poem will be covered and students will gain skills and vocabulary that will aid them in all areas of the literature course including novels, dramas and short stories.
