Want to learn how to get more organised and stay focused throughout the year? Our Junior Cycle Study Skills Course introduces students from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Year to the key skills they need to study effectively during the new school year. Packed full of expert practical advice, this study skills course shows students how to be more productive and efficient with their work and revision, developing important learning skills and good study habits.

An ability to study effectively is important for academic success. The Institute of Education’s Study Skills Course is an intensive 3 hour programme, supported by dozens of hours of online resources and exercises to ensure students maximise the impact of their study effort.

Students can choose to attend classes onsite at our Leeson Street campus or to watch the livestream. All classes will be recorded and available to rewatch until the end of the State Exams 2025.

Understanding of the 6 elements of Study Skills, and an ability to use that understanding to improve academic results, is the outcome students will achieve from enrolling on this course.

The fee for this course is €95.
