Congratulations to 6th year student Yolanda Zhao, whos stellar performance in the Leinster Senior Schools Debating Championship in UCD, earned her the best individual trophy. The competition is run as a joint effort between UCD’s Literary and Historical Society and Trinity’s Hist, and is Ireland’s largest secondary school debating competition. The competition has run for 40 years and has become an institution in senior cycle debating, drawing hundreds of competitors each year. This a fantastic achievement, well done Yolanda!
