Competition Terms & Conditions

 

1. The promoter of this competition is The Institute of Education, 79–85 Lower Leeson Street, Dublin 2.

2. The competition is open to students aged 16 years and over. If a winner is under 16, parental or guardian consent may be required to accept the prize.

3. To enter, participants must:

o Like the competition post

o Tag a friend in the comments

o Follow the Institute of Education on Instagram No purchase is necessary.

4. The competition opens on the date of posting and closes at 11:59pm on 6 January. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

5. There will be three winners, selected at random:

o One iPad

o One pair of noise-cancelling headphones

o One Fjällräven backpack

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

6. Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message from the official Institute of Education account following the draw. Winners must respond within 5 days of being contacted or the prize may be reallocated.

7. The Institute of Education reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable.

8. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

9. Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and awarding prizes, in accordance with the Institute of Education’s privacy policy.

10. Employees of The Institute of Education and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

11. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and accept the Institute of Education’s decision as final.
