Luke Rock teaches Irish at The Institute of Education. He graduated with first-class honours in Irish and Music from Trinity College Dublin, where he also taught Irish.
He is an experienced translator and has translated a number of schoolbooks into Irish. He has also contributed to discussions around the teaching of Irish on Raidió na Gaeltachta.
Luke runs after-school Irish tutorials and lunch-time Irish clubs. These clubs give students to practice their spoken Irish in preparation for the Irish oral exam.
Luke is the 4th Year Tutor and also heads up our Wellbeing Committee.
