Christmas Concert 2019 Video

Institute Christmas concert 2019

Our our 50th Anniversary Christmas Concert in St Patrick’s Cathedral was a huge success! With 18 festive performances ranging from hymns to Christmas classics, this years’ concert was truly a night to remember. Music teacher Caroline Duggan played the flute beautifully at arrival and during the interval. We were then gifted with performances from four different choirs; The Institute of Education Choir, The Chamber choir, the 5th Year choir and the Past Pupil choir. We were also entertained by many talented soloists, groups of students and the Orchestra.  We could not have asked for a more perfect venue to do justice to the efforts and talents of all performers. We are now delighted to share this highlights video from our 50th Anniversary Christmas Concert in St Patrick’s Cathedral:

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr Susan McCormick, Head of our Music Department, for creating such a stunning programme for this magical evening and preparing her students so well over the last few months. We would also like to recognise the hard work and dedication of all students involved.
