The Institute of Education’s Class of 2023 Graduation Ceremony took place on Tuesday, 16th May 2023 in O’Reilly Hall, UCD. We were delighted to welcome students from the Class of 2023 along with their parents/guardians to what was a truly memorable event.
Hosted on the day by Hugh Brett, 4th Year Head, students and parents were addressed by Yvonne O’ Toole, Principal and Liam Dingle 6th Year Head and Deputy Principal. There were also reflections from members of the academic team and students from the Class of 2023.
Graduating students were presented with specially commissioned Institute of Education medals and our Academic Award winners received a limited edition engraved pen. Students also received copies of our school yearbook Reflections 2022-2023.
We also had two very special awards this year for two of our outstanding students.

Student Contribution of the Year: Faye McGarry
Guests were also treated to some incredible musical performances and renditions of The Parting Glass, Be Good, and Mr. Blue Sky by our Choir.
