In this course we will highlight the key points needed in order to give students the confidence and skillsets they need to tackle their Leaving Cert.

We will approach more of the poetry and prose sections bearing in mind the common pitfalls on the paper. The French oral exam accounts for 25% of the overall marks awarded in French. This exam-focused course is intended to build student confidence and conversational technique, ensuring a more relaxed and confident performance in the Leaving Certificate French oral examination.

This course will develop and reinforce the student’s proficiency in speaking while concentrating on the skills and grammar required for the Leaving Certificate German Oral Exam.

• Leaving Certificate German Oral format and marking scheme will be covered in detail including roleplays and pictures sequences for 2025.
• In-depth concentration on answering skills and techniques needed to achieve maximum marks.

The Irish Oral exam is worth 40% of a student’s overall Leaving Cert grade in Irish. Many students experience significant pressure to perform exceptionally well in this.

This Leaving Cert Oral preparation course will help students achieve their potential and boost their confidence by providing a full set of comprehensive notes. These notes will include sample answers covering all aspects of the Irish Oral Exam from the introduction, to the Poetry Reading, to the Conversation and the Picture Sequences.

We will also look at the layout of the exam, pronunciation in Irish, strategy, tips and techniques as well as advice on the most optimal way to prepare and study for this 40% exam and achieve the highest possible grade.
