We would like to wish current 5th Year Hazel Bentley the best of luck later this month as she travels to Italy to compete in the World Lifesaving Championships. Hazel was selected to be part of the Irish Surf Lifesaving team that will be competing at the championships.
She will be part of the Irish Junior team competing in both the pool and beach events. The championships will host countries from all around the world. Every two years the International Life Saving Federation organises the Lifesaving World Championships, showcasing excellence in lifesaving sports and rescue; attracting the most talented and skilled lifesaving athletes around the World to compete for the title of World’s best.”
