Mind your Body:
- Maintain a balanced diet
- Cut down on caffeine
- Continue playing sport or do some physical exercise you enjoy each day
- Get enough sleep
Mind Your Mind:
- Believe in yourself and your achievements
- Take regular breaks
- Pace yourself
- Work within your own capabilities – don’t compare yourself to others
- Set realistic goals
Communicate regularly about how you are getting on with those you trust such as a parent, friend, teacher or coach.
