Congratulations to 4th year student Lahita Javadpour who received a Special Merit Award for her picture Bird Of Persia in the 68th Texaco Children’s Art Competition.
There were close to 20,000 entries to this year’s competition with 126 artworks winning an award. Lahita’s work will be included in an exhibition, to take place at the Royal Ulster Academy in Belfast from 31st May to 30th June 2022. The winners artworks will also be displayed at the Strule Arts Centre in Omagh later this year.
