Welcome to Week 28 of The Buzz Newsletter!
It’s Week 28 of The Buzz Newsletter! We hope you all had a nice and relaxing Easter break! congratulations to 5th Year student Maria Malas who represented The Institute in the Qatar Foundation International’s (QFI) Arabic Speaking Competition, where she competed against students from all over the world. We are extremely proud to share that Maria was awarded 1st place overall in this highly competitive international event. This is an outstanding achievement and reflects her exceptional dedication, talent and hard work. Well done Maria!
At the end of March, we had our final game of this year’s Leinster Schools Chess League. The Institute team performed so well that they will be promoted into the next division of the league. This is the first year in the league and many of our students only embarked on competitive chess this year!
