Yesterday evening, 4th Year students from The Institute of Education presented a cheque for €15,562.78 to the Irish Cancer Society at Kilkenny Shop.
We have been following this particular 4th year experience since November, when the students participated in Kilkenny Shop’s charity gift-wrapping initiative. After attending a gift-wrapping workshop run by Kilkenny Shop, students were allocated time slots to volunteer during the busy Christmas season.
